cupping only sessions include basic cupping practices [not currently offering fire cupping] like lymphatic drainage, area specific cupping, etc.

the longer cupping and bodywork sessions include a combination of cupping methods, stretching, compression, and thai practices

while you absolutely get to experience the energetic exchange received with all my offerings, these basic sessions do not include the depth or mindset/belief work that is offered in the intuitive energy and bodywork sessions i offer
